Understanding Behavior Styles is a fundamental exercise in many of the management training seminars and presentation training courses we offer. It’s usually a revealing exercise to the participants as well. They learn where they fall in the 4 Behavioral Quadrants as well as where their co-workers fit which is both entertaining and informative. Derived from the classic DiSC Model, this knowledge helps participants understand why they click with certain people, but experience great conflict with other co-workers. In the workplace, knowledge of your behavioral style, and the style of your colleagues is a tremendous tool to help you prevent and resolve conflicts.
